The Citizen Rights Protection Council (CRPC) invites eligible NGOs, voluntary organizations, social institutions and community-based organizations to associate with CRPC through its NGO Affiliation Programme.
The programme aims to develop a strong network of organizations working in the fields of public welfare, citizen awareness, social service, community development and other public-interest initiatives.
Affiliation Fee
- Initial Affiliation Fee: ₹10,000/-
- Affiliation Validity: 3 Years
- Renewal Fee: ₹5,000/- every 3 Years
Affiliation is subject to document verification, organizational review and approval by the competent authority.
Eligibility
Eligible organizations may include:
- Registered NGOs
- Voluntary organizations
- Social-welfare organizations
- Community-based organizations
- Charitable institutions
- Public-service organizations
- Other eligible non-profit organizations
Affiliation Process
01 — Application Submit the NGO Affiliation Application with complete organizational information.
02 — Document Verification CRPC may verify registration documents, office-bearer details and other information provided.
03 — Organizational Review The organization's objectives, activities, reputation and compatibility with CRPC's objectives may be reviewed.
04 — Approval Affiliation shall be granted only after approval by the competent authority.
05 — Affiliation After completion of the prescribed formalities, the organization may be recognized as a CRPC Affiliated NGO.

Special Benefit for Affiliated NGOs
Complimentary General Membership for 5 Key Representatives
Every approved affiliated NGO may nominate up to 5 key representatives/office bearers for complimentary General Membership of CRPC, subject to verification and approval.
The nominated representatives may include:
- Founder
- President/ Chairman
- Secretary
- Director
- Trustee
- Other authorized/key office bearers
No separate General Membership Fee of ₹1,500/- shall be charged to the five approved representatives under this affiliation benefit.
The complimentary membership shall remain subject to CRPC's Membership Rules, Regulations and Code of Conduct.

Affiliated NGOs may receive opportunities to:
- Participate in CRPC awareness campaigns.
- Collaborate in social-welfare programmes.
- Participate in citizen-rights awareness initiatives.
- Conduct joint awareness programmes.
- Participate in community outreach activities.
- Network with other affiliated organizations.
- Participate in selected CRPC events and initiatives.
- Nominate up to five eligible representatives for complimentary General Membership.
Important Conditions
NGO affiliation does not confer any governmental, police, judicial or statutory authority.
An affiliated NGO shall not misuse CRPC's name, logo, documents or association for any unauthorized, unlawful, political, commercial or personal purpose
