Please review our Refund and Cancellation Policy below, which outlines the terms and conditions for refunds and cancellations of membership fees made to CRPC.
Refund Policy
- Membership Fees: Once membership registration fees are paid, they are non-refundable.
- Membership Renewal Fees: Once membership renewal fees are paid, they are non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy
- Incomplete or Misleading Information: If any person provides false, incomplete, or misleading information in the membership form or submits unclear or fake documents, CRPC reserves the right to reject the membership application.
- Yearly Membership Renewal: Members have the flexibility to cancel yearly membership renewals at any time. To do so, please log in to your account on our website or contact us at +91 9648020000 or via email at crpcforce@gmail.com. Cancellation requests made at least 7 business days before the next scheduled renewal date will be effective for that billing cycle.
- Membership Registrations: Cancellation of membership is not possible; the membership shall remain effective until expiration.
Refund Process
All refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approved refunds will be processed within 15 business days from the date of approval and will be issued using the original payment method.
